Last updated: March 24, 2026
1. Acknowledgement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Eugene Hennie ("Developer"), and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application ("Get Rejected") and its content. This EULA may not provide for usage rules that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the effective date, which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Get Rejected ("the App"), you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. Description of Service
Get Rejected is a mobile application that helps users track and gamify rejection experiences as part of the 1000 Rejections Challenge. The App provides rejection logging, streak tracking, analytics, daily challenges, and emotional check-in features.
4. Scope of License
The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use Get Rejected on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
5. Get Rejected Pro (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)
Get Rejected offers an optional premium subscription called "Get Rejected Pro" with the following plans:
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $29.99/year
- Lifetime: $49.99 (one-time purchase)
Pro features include unlimited challenge shuffle, full analytics and insights, unlimited custom categories, and complete history with filters.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions (monthly and annual) automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to Get Rejected, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Get Rejected.
7. Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.
8. Product Claims
You acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to Get Rejected or your possession and/or use of Get Rejected, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. This EULA does not limit the Developer's liability beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, and code in Get Rejected are the property of the Developer. You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into the App, all of which is stored locally on your device. In the event of any third party claim that Get Rejected or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal rejection tracking and personal development. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
13. Third Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using Get Rejected.
14. Third Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
15. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update this page with the new date when changes are made.
